si può fare richiesta all’INPS dell’assegno ordinario di invalidità.
Al compimento dell'età pensionabile l'assegno si trasforma automaticamente in pensione di vecchiaia, purché l'interessato abbia cessato l'attività di lavoro dipendente e possegga i requisiti contributivi previsti per la pensione di vecchiaia. Il periodo in cui l'invalido ha beneficiato dell'assegno e non ha contributi da lavoro, viene considerato utile per raggiungere il diritto alla pensione di vecchiaia.
