1 - Sick days
will no longer accept a doctor's certificate as a reason for malattia.Se you can not go to the doctor may very well go to the work.
2 - DAY OFF AND LEAVE
Each employee will receive 104 days per year free. They are called Saturdays and Sundays.
3 - BATH

4 - LUNCH
4.1 - The employees will receive meager 30 minutes, because they need to eat more to gain weight.

4.3 - overweight will receive five minutes, which is more than enough for a slim fast.
5 - INCREASES
Salary increases are related to clothing of the worker:
5.1 - If you dress with Prada shoes and Gucci bags from € 350.00 to € 600.00, it is assumed that workers are well economically and therefore does not need a raise.
5.2 - If you dress too poorly, it is assumed that the worker must learn to better manage its finances and will not be granted the increase.
5.3 - Se si veste normalmente vuol dire che il lavoratore ha una retribuzione sufficiente e quindi non sarà concesso l'aumento.
6 - PAUSA CAFFE'
Le macchine erogatrici di caffè/the saranno abolite.Ai lavoratori che lo richiederanno, all'inizio dell'orario di lavoro sarà messa sulla scrivania una tazzina piena di buon caffè/the caldo che potranno bersi durante la pausa comodamente seduti sulle loro sedie senza alzarsi e perdere tempo a raggiungere il distributore.Per chi volesse anche uno snack (ingordi) vi preghiamo tornare al punto 4.
7 – STRAORDINARI
Gli straordinari non saranno piu' pagati...se decidete di restare in ufficio oltre l'orario di lavoro significa che non avete altro da fare a casa quindi dovreste solo ringraziarci, se non ci fossimo noi vi annoiereste fuori di qui.
